The Jolly Tar Mine House is more than a vacation rental - its an experience. This is a fun place to be, 19 total rooms, 3200 sq ft inside, around 1800 sq ft outside with the wrap around decks & seating, saloon, dance floor and stage area, situated on 2 acres. groups can be together and have fun. The name "Jolly Tar" was the slang name given to experience sailors on the clipper ships that kept the ship dry using tar cloths. More about the Jolly Tar Name RATES: 24 HRS - $550 +$175 Sanitizing Fee up to 14 people - $400 2 or more nights, + $175 Sanitizing Fee over 14 people - $450 2 or more nights, + $175 Sanitizing Fee Weddings $500 a day, 2 or more nights $2200/week for 8 to 14 persons + $125 Sanitizing Fee $2500/week for 15 to 26 persons. + $175 Sanitizing Fee Extra $25 a day in Winter Months to cover heating cost. Call for Pet info. Sanitizing fee is a one time charge. Deposit 25% of total rent refundable if canceled before 90-days of reservation date. Security deposit of $500 refundable if house is left clean, undamaged, and nothing is missing. Balance due 6-weeks before arrival.
